- Enquiry and free lessons booking form: your full name, phone/WhatsApp number and country code, email address (optional), the course you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box (for example, the student’s age, level and preferred lesson times).
- WhatsApp, phone and email: the details and messages you send when you contact us directly.
- Website usage data: information collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived on the site. See our Cookie Policy.
If you are booking lessons for a child, please provide only the information needed to arrange suitable lessons. Enquiries for children should be made by a parent or guardian.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To arrange your 2 free lessons and, if you choose to continue, to schedule and deliver lessons.
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, where you have given consent where consent is required.

We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement for lessons, and for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our service. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our service, including with:
- our website hosting provider;
- our email service provider;
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp;

- our teachers and support team, to arrange and deliver lessons.
